HEAVY FOKS x DIVE
LUXURY NAN SMELL, WORRY, DIXON/GOODENOUGH & DRAVE
SATURDAY 30th MAY 2026
DIVE, Wolverhampton
“A BIT OF A CELEBRATION” (Gareth’s pre-40th birthday party) featuring…
LUXURY NAN SMELL – Can’t believe we’ve never had the Nannas on a Foks before. That ends now! Birmingham’s math rock grunge emo punk post-hardcore post-everything rock heroes return to Wolves to celebrate the superb brand new EP “Complimentary” recorded just down the road with our Thom at the Steel Mill.
WORRY – Hailing from Oxfordshire, and returning to playing live after a bit of a hiatus, we are honoured to have them over for this. It’s hardcore but that real emotive hardcore punk with some big riffs thrown in, a bit like Fucked Up, which is class obviously.
DIXON/GOODENOUGH – We originally booked Spits Milk but due to an administrative error are sadly unable to perform. Instead, we are stoked to have a special one-off performance from half of the band, as Pete Dixon and Bruce Goodenough perform the hits of Spits Milk, but also a choice selection from the discography of Calories, Distophia, and Sunshine Frisbee Laserbeam. Party bangers only.
DRAVE – Salopian gothic post-punk, like a more raucous, slightly less depressing Joy Division. Also can’t believe they are only just making their Foks debut, I’ve seen them live at least four times.
